Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

Refunds apply to confirmed seat fees paid for scheduled cohorts or private facilitation packages. Informational prices on the site are not invoices. Eligibility depends on when you cancel relative to the program start date stated in your confirmation email.

2. Timeframe for full refund

Cancel in writing at least 14 calendar days before the published start date and you receive a full refund of seat fees paid, minus any non-refundable items listed below. Requests must come from the payer or an authorized company contact.

3. Partial refund

Cancel between 13 and 5 calendar days before start: 50% of seat fees are refundable. Cancel fewer than 5 calendar days before start, or after the program begins: seat fees are not refundable, except where required by mandatory law or where Databridgetools cancels the cohort.

4. Non-refundable items

Third-party examination fees (if any), customized printing ordered at your request, and completed private facilitation days already delivered are non-refundable. Administrative card or bank fees charged by your payment provider are outside our control.

5. Refund process

Email contact@databridgetools.digital with subject line “Refund request,” your confirmation reference, and reason. We acknowledge within three business days and confirm the eligible amount.

6. Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval. Bank timelines may add several days. We do not issue cash refunds from the office.

7. Cancellation by Databridgetools

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of seat fees paid. We are not responsible for travel costs you arrange independently.

8. Transfers and substitutions

You may substitute another learner from your organization up to 3 calendar days before start at no extra seat fee. Date transfers are subject to availability and may incur a rebooking fee stated in your confirmation.

9. Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or mandated quarantine affecting the enrolled learner may qualify for a goodwill credit toward a later cohort at our discretion. Credits typically expire after 12 months.
